This covers your prescription in ONE pair of FabFrames

This covers your RX for ONE pair of glasses only.

If you would like your prescription added to multiple pairs, this item must be purchased separately for each additional pair.

Once your order is received, you will be sent a link to complete the prescription waiver. RX can only be applied when at least one pair of frames is purchased and this RX add-on is included in your cart.

The waiver must be completed within 24–48 hours of receipt. If it is not completed within this timeframe, we will be unable to process your prescription, and no refund will be issued.

RX orders typically take 7–14 business days to process and ship, depending on the prescription type.
