When you add this protection plan to your cart and complete your purchase, your frames will be covered for one full year from the date of purchase. If your covered frames are accidentally broken during the coverage period, we'll replace them so you can get back to looking fabulous in no time.

Please Note:

• This protection plan covers one (1) pair of frames only.
• If you would like multiple pairs covered, a separate protection plan must be purchased for each pair of frames.
• Coverage applies only to the specific pair of frames associated with the order.
• This protection plan is only valid for frames purchased under the same order number as the protection plan. Frames purchased under a different order number are not eligible for coverage.

How to File a Replacement Request

If you need to use your Frame Protection Plan, simply email info@shopfabframes.com and our team will begin the replacement process.

Important Disclaimer

• Photo proof of the damaged frames will be required before a replacement can be approved.
• Replacement frames are subject to availability and will be provided while supplies last.
• Coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and the covered frame pair.
• The Frame Protection Plan provides coverage for one replacement during the one-year coverage period.
